CHIMNEY FLASHING

At GOLF CONSTRUCTION INC, we perform chimney flashing installation and repair to protect the area where the chimney meets the roof. This point is one of the most vulnerable areas to leaks if not properly sealed. We serve residential properties in Franklin, Natick, Framingham, and surrounding areas.

Flashing works to divert water away from the joint between the chimney and the roofing system. Over time, it may deteriorate due to weather exposure, structural movement, or improper installation. Our work consists of evaluating the condition of the existing seal, removing damaged sections if necessary, and installing or repairing the system to ensure proper fastening and sealing.
